How do I book a ride with Chauffora?

You can book online through our booking page or call us directly at (213) 330-5990. We are available 24/7 for reservations. We recommend booking airport transfers at least 24 hours in advance.

For standard rides and airport transfers, we recommend booking at least a few hours in advance. For weddings, proms, and special events, we suggest booking 1-3 months ahead to ensure vehicle availability. We need 2 hours in advance to fulfill the request for the special event keep it as is.

Yes. We monitor your flight in real time using your flight number. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, your chauffeur adjusts accordingly at no additional charge.

We provide up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic flights, measured from the actual landing time. Additional wait time may apply beyond that.

Yes. Our meet-and-greet service includes your chauffeur waiting inside the arrivals hall with a personalized name sign. We can also arrange curbside pickup for clients who prefer it. We charge 45$ extra to do meet and greet.

Our 2025 fleet includes luxury sedans (Mercedes-Benz E-Class), executive SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV), Mercedes Sprinter vans, executive vans, and party buses.

We can accommodate groups from 1 to 30+ passengers depending on the vehicle. Sedans seat up to 3, SUVs up to 6, Sprinter vans up to 14, and party buses up to 30.

Chauffora uses flat-rate pricing for all standard routes. We do not use surge pricing or metered billing. Your quote is your price — no surprises.

We may apply a modest off-hours fee for rides between midnight and 5 AM. This will always be disclosed at the time of booking.

Absolutely. Chauffora LLC holds all required California TCP (Transportation Charter Party) licenses and carries full commercial insurance coverage. Our chauffeurs are fully licensed and background-checked.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee. Please review the policy at time of booking.
